The HELP Appeal has been monitoring the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) very closely to ensure that we are protecting our staff and supporters; and following Government guidelines, our team will now work remotely until further notice.
As we are a charity that relies solely on charitable donations, we will continue to work hard – phone calls will be answered, emails will be monitored and any queries will be sorted. However, please bear with us during this time, as there may be a slight delay in getting back to you.
The Helicopter Emergency Medical Service depends entirely on the financial generosity of the public. As we don’t receive one single penny in Government or National Lottery funding, charitable donations are our lifeblood without which we would not exist and helipads might not be built or upgraded.
